  Excellent service by Murat.  He quickly determined the issue, quoted the repair cost, and completed all the repairs in a timely manner and left the repair area clean and tidy.  Murat was even nice enough to look at a few other appliances in our kitchen and make some recommendations on how to keep them in top shape.  Highly recommend.
