Nicks plumbing ran camera down line generated proposal to repair. The quote seemed expensive at first glance but I did not consider amount of work required. The guys (5) showed up at the appointment time the next morning at 9:30 and all 5 worked non stop tunneling 10’ under home. Repaired problem by replacing sections that were broken. Ordered city inspectors to come inspect. Once inspector came and approved Nicks people came and refilled the tunnel area per third party engineer instructions. Everyone was professional and communicated status over the 3 day period that took to complete. The system was operating correctly within 8 hours of their arrival first day then additional days arranging plumbing inspectors. - 5/5 — Anonymous Don from Nicks Plumbing was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. Tafano and Gray replaced a water heater in a couple of hours. I will definitely call them again when the need arises. Tafano also repaired a leaky bathtub faucet while he was here. I highly recommend using Nicks Plumbing. I am 68 years old. Called Nicks Plumbing around 9:00am. They immediately scheduled an appointment between 11:00 & 1:00. Nicks called me @ 10:40 advising me the tech would arrive shortly. Arrived per conversation and immediately worked up pricing on project. I gave John the okay to replace and repair pipes near main incoming water line. John took photos of all work performed and occasionally would ask me to checkout the job as he performed repairs. Again, taking videos and photos of worked performed. Job completed as the proposal submitted and no additional fees or unanticipated hiccups.
