My first interaction was with Kathy who answered my call right at 8 am when they opened. She was so very pleasant and professional over the phone. She assured me that someone could come out the same day for our emergency septic back up, and at 9:35 am, Tom arrived! This was much earlier than I anticipated since they were fitting us in to their already busy schedule. Our technician was Tom and was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and got to the root of our problem immediately. He explained how our system worked, showed us that we needed an additional riser on the inlet side of our tank and quickly got to work. Within 30 minutes everything was working as it should and our tank was pumped. Tom was truly fabulous...not all heroes wear capes!
