My experience with Nest DC has been exciting, trust worthy, professional and heart warming because of Stephanie Dempsey! My experience with her during the whole process of my tour was just divine!!! She was very swift and responsive when it came to communication, Even suggested details that I didn't even think of! She was patient and attentive, very very present with me and took her time! No rushing, no skipping over anything, no leaving me to view by myself! she made me feel like I mattered, like I deserved such a moment as this one! My tour was hope filling, mind stimulating and soooo well paced, very clean as well as intentional!!!! Stephanie Dempsey did a wonderful job!! Nest DC could benefit from being responsive in a more timely manner to some maintenance requests, but they manage many properties so it’s understandable. Angelina is personable, kind and responsive. As the Resident Experience Coordinator, we have really enjoyed working with her, and appreciate her timely responses.
