The house needed significant work to upgrade to code, to remove all the knob and tube wiring, to increase the capacity of the house, and to move from wall-mounted lighting to ceiling lighting in most of the rooms. The old electrical panel was also in a place that was not up to code so the entire electrical supply box needed to be moved and upgraded. Chris, Hollis, and the team did a phenomenal job of rewiring the house and upgrading every room from the placement of the new plugs and switches to the quality of the work in installing new fixtures. New wires were bundled cleanly and nicely in the basement, the fuse box was well labeled. Their team of experts are professional, meticulous and down to earth folks, some of which in my case live in nearby neighborhoods. Finding they also had a local office in my town was an extra bonus and confirmation that I knew I would be in good hands. Even if you are not local to their offices or people, you will sense a neighborly treatment from day one. The project installation phases played out just as they had initially predicted, and were surprisingly smooth with no unexpected "gotchas" - a rarity these days.
