From the first call I felt taken care of, and that's definitely what you get for going with your local mom and pop experts. A single water heater replacement very happily turned into addressing all the major fixes that had been building up with our house! And it wasn't a hard sell by them either, just the friendly, welcoming initial phone call that led to discovering the depth of this company. They care. They cared to send an initial estimate out for free, and a again for a second when we added electrical, and then again when one of the proprietors decided to come out himself just to get the scope of everything and see how we could bundle the work. And every step of the way, the dispatch team was taking every phone call, responding to every email, and making sure all my questions had satisfying answers. In the end we happily sent them homemade baked goods with our check because they just felt like that kind of company. They were neighbours invested in our happiness, it felt like the natural way to say thank you! As for what this multi trade company actually delivered for us...first they got a new water heater up into the attic when a nationwide company wasn't sure it would fit. And then they replaced laundry room flooring, missing hallway carpet pads, redid suspect electrical and lighting fixtures, and repaired our water stained and drooping ceiling! They did it for less than the Big Big Boys asked for it, and they did a better job too.
