The day of our appointment, the same technicians (Sam G. and Eddie G.) got an emergency call, they called me before assuming and accepting the other appointment. My house was cool, so I thanked them for calling, and understood. They took the other appointment, resolved their issues, and still made it to my house within the original time window.
