Highly recommend! These guys are great. Then phone calls were so easy! Loved talking to a polite, happy human instead of a machine! Got me an appointment quickly and when the guys showed up they were professional and efficient.

Mr. HVAC continues to be an outstanding Mechanical Contractor for us. They’ve assisted us with varying needs for several properties and always do what they say, promptly, with good communication throughout. We will continue to use them and appreciate all their hard work. We high recommend them.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received from Mr.HAVAC and the subsequent handling of my complaint.

While the technician who attended my property was polite and maintained a clean work environment, his conduct and the information provided to your company demonstrated a concerning lack of integrity and professionalism.

During the service, which involved issues related to thermostat wiring, the technician informed me that a full replacement of the 'stat wire' was necessary. Instead, he opted to attempt to pull the existing wire past a section damaged by a screw. Regrettably, this action directly resulted in the complete failure of my brand new thermostat, which I had only recently installed. To my astonishment, the technician then proceeded to charge me $215 for the replacement of the very unit he had just rendered inoperable through his methods. Adding to this deeply unsettling experience, he then suggested I return the damaged thermostat to the retail store, instructing me to falsely claim it "didn't work," a suggestion I found utterly inappropriate and dishonest.

Upon contacting your company to report these serious issues, I was informed that the technician had provided a significantly different account of the service. This was further compounded when I received the invoice, which explicitly states that the 'stat wires' were replaced. This billing directly contradicts the technician's own verbal assessment made on-site, where he had unequivocally stated that such a replacement could not be performed by a single individual. This discrepancy in documentation strongly suggests a deliberate misrepresentation of the work performed.

The subsequent offer from your company to deduct a mere forty dollars from my bill as a resolution is, frankly, insulting and completely inadequate given the gravity of the situation. This offer fails to acknowledge the direct cost of the new thermostat that was damaged due to negligence, the significant inconvenience caused, and, most importantly, the egregious lack of integrity demonstrated by your employee and the questionable billing practices.

I expected a more appropriate and comprehensive resolution to this matter

Had new high efficiency heat pumps and propane furnaces installed. Happy with the whole removal of the old systems and installation of new systems. Mr HVAC did a great job! Cleaned up after themselves nicely too.

Technician, Austin, called first and arrived as scheduled. Checked heat pump that was icing up for freon leak. Using a electronic device he was unable to find a leak. Tech was very thorough and found some problems with the heat kit and evaporator that I was not aware of. Thoroughly explained all checks he made and made recommendations for going forward. Provided quote for heat kit before leaving. Austin appeared to be very knowledgeable, polite and organized. Would recommend.
