  My furnace stopped working so a technician came out to take a look. It was determined I needed a new furnace since my heat exchanger was shot. The technician made sure to show me everything and explain and it was determined my AC would be in need of replacement soon enough as well (he showed and explained why) Dane came out and took the time to throughly explain every option, the differences, the pricing, etc. in detail so I understood.  The next day Austin and another tech (I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name!) came out to do the new install. They were both friendly, professional and did excellent clean up as well. The new furnace is working great and I have peace of mind.
I will absolutely use them for other needs in the future.

  For the most part, the service was good.  Everyone showed up on time and was very professional.  The new furnace is working great.  I was told the new furnace would be raised and that was listed on the proposal I received.  It was not.  Cleanup left something to be desired.  I'm still picking up pieces of wire and screws that were not swept up.  There is a big spot of what I'll call gunk on my freezer door that wasn't wiped off.  I found the electrical work to look very sloppily done.

  I have a 70 year old home which needed conversion from the original fuse box to a circuit breaker board with proper grounding. On top of that I look after my 89 year old Dad with medical issues. I met Electrician/Journeyman Bryan F. a few months ago for an estimate and was impressed with his straightforward explanations and written estimate on the spot. Today I had the work completed by Bryan, Tyler H. and Sam A. What a group of rockstars! They worked hard, fast and accurately to update my household system and get my electricity flowing again. The bill was exactly as expected too. Thank you Mr. Holland’s!
PS we passed the city electrical inspection with flying colors!

  My 20 something year HVAC was functioning so poorly that I had to find a service for it.  And it’s on natural that I would pick a company that has good history serving the area. On day one my repair tech gave me an estimated cost and showed me exactly why and where the things that weren’t working were. It started looking pricey and I then asked how much it would just cost to replace it all. Within a few hours I had a sales rep at the house to discuss such.  And it was a negligible financial difference to have the peace of mind of a full replacement with a ten year warranty.  They were eager to get me in because I had been living in the home without air for a month but managed even in the brutal temperatures but my work schedule being hectic; they worked around my schedule.  Gave good advice for me on a budget friendly replacement as I am a widow on one income now. On the day of install my two technicians arrived promptly in the morning and got straight to work. A while later a supervisor came by to check in on the installation… and a few hours later the electrical engineer tied everything in while the guys buttoned up the finishing touches. Complete hysterectomy of the old and in with the new more efficient and warrantied equipment in one day.  And let me tell you… not only did they do fantastic work… they were also a pleasure to visit with while they were here.  I may be looking forward to my next service checkup just for some more hangs with those nice folks, but for now I’m living in comfort inside my home again thanks to their skillful service.   Beware – extremely unprofessional, poor communication, and costly mistakes
I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from this company. I initially called for a simple clogged drain, expecting a licensed plumber as advertised. Instead, without my knowledge or consent, they sent a drain technician (not a licensed plumber) for the $89 service call. That technician then quoted me $450 just to snake the drain, saying it was the only option and that there were no other concerns.
While snaking the line, he broke the pipe—but he failed to communicate the severity of the issue to my tenant or to me. He simply told my tenant “I think I broke it” and said a plumber couldn’t come for nine more days. He didn’t warn them to stop using the kitchen or laundry, which led to leaking water inside the walls for days before anyone realized what was happening.
When my tenant informed me of the leak, I called the company and discovered they had not documented the technician’s mistake or notified anyone. Getting information was like pulling teeth. When I finally spoke to their lead plumber, he was initially abrasive, condescending, and completely uninformed about the situation. Only after I insisted on explaining what actually happened did he apologize.
Over a week later, the plumber arrived and confirmed that the pipe damage—caused by their technician—had been leaking the entire time, now leading to water damage and mold in my property. Yet they still quoted me over $4,000 to repair the pipe they broke. I had to beg for a discount, they quoted me $2,000 but had to reschedule the work for another day. If they had quoted me with a discount vs the full bill I could’ve had the work completed same day…
After completing the repair later on, they promised to send someone for a complimentary camera scope to check for roots. My tenant scheduled the appointment and they never showed up. When I called the manager in distress—because I was still dealing with mold smell and wet walls from their initial damage—she said she’d call me back. She never did.
From start to finish, this company showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication, despite admitting fault. I trusted them because they had serviced this same drain before, but they caused me thousands of dollars in damage, enormous stress, and weeks of unresolved issues. You think you’re calling a reputable, licensed, and insured provider—but my experience was the opposite. I had to spend $5 on mold remediation and dry wall work on top of the 2k to repair the damage they caused.
I strongly urge other homeowners to think twice before using this company.
