  Can’t believe no one has reviewed this business yet, but allow me to be the first to leave a rave. I’m sure it’s not a secret to anyone that finding a quality and reliable contractor/handyman is harder than the proverbial needle in a haystack. We ourselves have gone through probably three or four at this point (at least) who either just stop responding, repeatedly no-show, or do incredibly subpar work.

Skip and Bo with Mountain Lake are absolute gems. I hesitate a bit to say that because I don’t want them to get so busy that they can’t keep coming here to help us fix up our old house! But honestly, it would be worth the wait. They come when they say they will, they are efficient with their time and clean up after themselves meticulously, they’re kind to my kiddos and respectful of our home, and probably most importantly, the work they do is beautiful. We live in an old home that needs a lot of TLC, and some of the projects that I’ve thrown at them have probably been a little weird or random, but they always find a way to make it work and make it work perfectly. I have high standards, and I have never once had to ask that they redo anything or change anything. Communication has always been great and I don’t feel like I am being treated any differently because I am a woman which is no small thing in this industry.

Can’t recommend them enough…10 out of 10.
