Installed several heat pumps throughout our new commercial office, and rinnai heaters in the above apartment. From start to finish Mason and his team did outstanding work. Full educational meeting at completion teaching us about usage and maintenance. We also had them do a full assessment on our plumbing after dealing with incomplete work from other contractors. Clearly knowledgeable in all areas heating/plumbing. Grateful for their help. - 1/5 — Anonymous I hired motivated mechanical for 3 jobs over the last couple of years. The first two went great. A sink replacement, and a hot water heater replacement. The third job was installing plumbing for a new first floor bathroom. After a quick site visit, and agreeing to the work, It took months to get the team back in to perform the installation. About 2-3 weeks after the install, the new hot water line gave out and the basement flooded. I asked them to come look at it and they refused. I asked them to come back and fix it and they blew me off. After 2-3 months of asking for them to come back and fix their work, I finally hired a new plumber to come in a fix the mess they created. Careful who you hire. Bad communication, shoddy work, and left to deal with the mess they created on our own. He clearly explained the diagnosis and pointed out that the system had been improperly installed, with five zones on a single transformer when the maximum should be four. He installed a new transformer and was transparent that the initial repair might not fully solve the issue. When an automag zone valve also needed replacement, he returned and fixed it promptly. Adam was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I really appreciated his honesty and clear communication. My boiler started making weird noises and pouring smoke out on a Sunday, we waited till Monday and tried to call our normal people who installed our boiler. They never answered their phones. So I looked around and found these great guys. Called them up and with in about an hour they were there. The tech was kind and knew exactly what was wrong within seconds. The longest part was them going to get the replacement part which didn't take very long. These are my go to guys from now on. They are reasonably priced, quick, friendly and don't mess around.
