For years Moser/Kool Ducts has been there for us and never lets us down. From the pleasant receptionist to thos that come out to help solve the issues, we have always got the best service and people. I trust no one else with our Heat/AC related issues.

Great Company! I called them Monday Morning and they came out that afternoon. This co. was actually co. #3 that had been out here to "fix" my heat pump! I should have called them first. One co. never came back after causing the problem. The other co. said it could not be fixed and that I need a new heat pump. Moser fixed it within just a few minutes. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and just so respectful and nice. He took the time to listen and go over my paperwork and notes that I had made related to the previous parts replacements and current issues with the unit. If you want the job done right, these are the people to call!
