Woke up to water pouring out of my hot water heater. Shut the water off and my wife found Moore online with great reviews and gave them a call. Jordan was able to come out that afternoon and take a look. He confirmed what I already expected - it was time for a new hot water heater as the current one had finally given out after 15 years. He quoted me a reasonable price for a new conventional gas tanked water heater and then I asked him about some of the more efficient types I had heard about - hybrid/heat pump and tankless. Jordan patiently explained the different technologies and suggested a tankless gas water heater as the best fit for our home. It would cost more upfront but would reduce our gas bill to save us money in the long term. Best part was that he could also install it the next day and make use of our existing plumbing and electricity. Jordan and his colleague showed up right on time and installed the new water heater in a matter of hours. Carried away the old water heater and left no mess behind. The new tankless gas water works great - just as Jordan said it would! Hot water just as fast and hot as the old conventional one! Couldn’t be happier with the product suggested or the service.
