They scheduled me for an appointment 2 days after calling, and then the day of the appointment cancelled on me stating they were handling “higher priority” situations. Moore sent out Garret that day and he diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes, issued a temporary fix, and ordered the part for a permanent fix in one visit. Showed up today and installed the new part in under 30 minutes. Janet was also very communicative throughout the process.
