Their service, response times, and pricing, are all the best you'll find. Not only are they spectacular at new instalations, they also still believe in repairing systems as well. They determined that work needed to be done on the vents. They said they would give me an estimate for the repair work and they billed me $162 immediately for the service call. I waited 2 months and followed up numerous times and never received the estimate. I finally got a hold of the owner and told her I would like my money back at this time. She said she would gladly do so. She states she sent a check to it me and I never received it. I called the better Business bureau and filed a complaint.
