Office manager Diane was prompt at receiving my call and scheduling lead estimator Robert to come out the very same day. He was polite, competent and very experienced and scheduled exploratory work for the following week. Following that initial work, construction leader Carlos and crew were able to complete the job in less than a week and did a fabulous comprehensive job with minimal disruption to our home environment and our daily routines. And the job site was spotless when everything was finished. Finding the right construction company/contractor can be stressful, but not if you contact Montclair Construction & Structural. Justin and his crew were very reasonable, transparent, respectful, tidy and efficient. The project turned out great with both sides very pleased. We then had Justin come out and reroute our sump pump discharge. They worked swiftly and were never trying to upsell more work than was needed. He and his team are very knowledgeable yet realistic with a step at a time method to resolve any issue effectively without having to do more than necessary.
