He returned 3/4/26 to get the AC going. We added 2 surge protectors and a air purifier for the furnace. Both processes were seamless. As veteran's they also give a discount. The technician, Jared was friendly and made sure our furnace is completely safe, not leaking gas or straining the wires or anything. This greatly helped put my mind at ease, as the furnace had been smelling weird, which was concerning me. Jared found the issue (a very dusty piece that was causing the furnace to overheat, leading to odd smell) and was able to fix it same day. I am very thankful to Monarch for their excellent service.
