In 2 weeks with Modscapes we had a design we were happy with that could be changed in real time as we added ideas and we could walk away from the one meeting totally satisfied. We chose to go with someone else because of additional work we wanted done on our house and it has taken us 4 painful months to get to the point with design that took us two weeks with them for a fraction of the cost. If I could go back and have a do-over I would totally go with Modscapes without hesitation! - 5/5 — Anonymous Modscapes is the REAL deal, these guys don’t mess around with cheap materials or unskilled labor. My previous deck was a death trap and we desperately needed a new deck. Modscapes was booked for the summer, but found a way to help us anyway, since they expressed concerns about the dangers of our existing deck. The quality of work is super high. They started at 7:30 am and stayed until 5:30 pm in this smoldering heat, in order to ensure we had a new deck as soon as possible. A few additional visits were needed, but only for finishing touches. - 5/5 — Anonymous I absolutely loved how my steel, powder coated pergola turned out! Modscapes were great to work with. Dan was great at listening to my thoughts and ideas. He worked up the 3D design on the computer so I could see what it would look like. Truly custom! He is very talented!!! The Modscape team were friendly and meticulous as they built and put things together, making sure each detail fit correctly. I love the Plasma cut design that shades from the top and the sliding panels to control the west sun from taking over. The design also includes a beautiful gas fireplace for the cooler temperatures. Great Lighting to make each activity look like a special event! I do love the misting spray on those warm days. The custom details also included Quality hardware to hold my swings up and swivel for true relaxation! Wow, my backyard is fabulous! Thanks guys!!!!
