They installed a new PVC pipe and thermostat. Mike Fiori provided me with a detailed written estimate explaining what products would be used and how they would be installed. Tim Ryan and his crew installed the new furnace. They came at the scheduled time, were professional, courteous and cleaned up after installation. Tim showed me how to program my new thermostat, change the battery and he made sure my furnace was working before he left. Modern contacted me throughout the installation process from initial appointment to installation. They lines of communication were excellent and they were always available to answer my questions. This is a really great company to work with and I recommend them highly. They are honest, professional and their prices are very competitive. I have my service contract with Modern and will call them when I need to replace my hot water heater. I am very happy with my new furnace.
