Fast, friendly and personal service. They have rescued two different dying laptops and performed important diagnostics several times. The one time a problem stumped them, (a badly damaged external hard drive), they referred me to an out-of-state company that discounted the work they would do because of Nick's referral. As an added service they will help you recycle some of your electronics and are involved in the Springfield (MO) Rescue One animal foster/adoption program. I took my sick equipment to them, worked with Nicholas and he run the diagnostics on my machine, called me with the problem .
