As soon as he showed up, he got to work, and he kept working until it was done. He cleaned up after himself, he took all of the boxes and old fans with him. I didn’t have to worry about taking care of that. When I called the company (found it on Google), I was first advised with the customer service rep who answered that I was in good hands. I thought to myself, “yeah yeah,” that’s what they all say. The rep went onto say that she wasn’t saying it just because she worked for the company, but because it was true. For some odd reason, I believed her and I felt a sense of comfort immediately after. Fast forward to when Sean arrived which was less than an hour after I called. Yes, I know!!! Fast service! Sean was very pleasant and professional.
