Jerry Massa has provided service for us each time and we are so impressed with his work. Jerry is professional in his actions and words. His work is meticulous and he is efficient with his time. The work space is so clean when he leaves that you cannot tell someone had been there doing work. He goes over pricing, explains everything well, answers any questions and has excellent solutions for any issue. The pricing is good, the work completed has always been exemplary and we are comfortable with the workers who have been to our home, especially Jerry. All around I would say the experience was great! The only bad part was the $3472 price tag for a complete electrical panel replacement, but that is the price you pay for an emergency so it is understandable! I did get a call from my certified electrician friend after the installation saying he could have done it for $2200, but he wouldn’t have been able to do it until today either. I would definitely recommend Mister Sparky, especially if you get Xavier!
