He tested and researched the problem within a few minutes and advised me that my stove needed a new cord and needed to change the outlet. Said he needed a new cord and that he would get it and return in about 45 minutes. Upon his return he installed a new wall outlet a a new stove cord which didn’t take long at all, and checked to make sure everything was working properly. He was very friendly and courteous while maintaining his professionalism.
