Richard wasn’t pushy at all, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel comfortable and safe having the work done in my home. They came out to give an estimate on my issue with no power to my water heater. They found that the water heater breaker was tripping and not resetting. I provided the breaker and they replaced that for me but they noticed in the laundry room was missing a bushing and the grounding wasn’t up to par along with a loose box. They did a great job of letting me know the issues and provided options for me. I will be recommending to family and friends the great work they completed for me.
