Matt Kral came over the next morning to evaluate, and he sent us a proposal by the afternoon with 3 options. We picked the middle-priced option. Simply outstanding! - 2/5 — Anonymous I'm sorry, but, I am disappointed in the service I received. 1st-the first trip out the tech forgot a part, had to back to the shop, then after installing it he had the wrong thermal coupler, had to wait a couple of days for that, after you got the it up and running it started making this ear piercing squeal when the burner lights up, I made a recording and came to shop to have you folks listen to it, you folks were going to talk to your techs to see if anyone has any ideas what was causing it and you would get back to me, I never heard anything, then one day I see one of your techs at the neighbors, I call the office and they sent him over, he thought it was some kind of expansion issue, I said it didn't do when the old burner was in and if possible could he check to see if the old burner was still around and if so could we just put that one back in, he said he would check and get back to me, that was a week and a half ago and I haven't heard anything, bottom line is all I wanted is a new gas valve put in and you folks opted to replace the burner and now I have to live with this squeal, I paid my invoice promptly didn't question any charges, and this is how I'm treated. - 5/5 — Anonymous After having a different furnace technician tell me that my furnace was maybe or maybe not fixable, but either way, he couldn't fix it, I gave Mission Mechanical a call.
