They just told me it’s a standard rate and it typically took 3 hours to replace one. I have a security camera showing him showing up at noon and leaving an hour later. I got robbed. My bill came out to 2103.07. When we talked about me buying my own hot water heater (1000$) vs just buying through them, the guy told me it would be roughly the same price. And then the rest would be labor/ miscellaneous fittings if they needed replaced. So please tell me how you can’t give me a breakdown of 1100$ worth of labor/ parts that took place in an hours time. The plumber just decided to not come back and lied to me. He also lied to their dispatcher that my driveway was full of snow. Sounds like he just didnt want to do his job.
