They did an incredible job- we could not be happier! We worked with Will, who did an amazing job at helping us choose siding and roofing, as well as helped with anything that arose along the way- like rot under our old roof. They were able to repair that quickly and keep moving on with the job. All communication with Will and the team was seamless and easy. Everything was done professionally and quickly. We were surprised at how quickly the whole process went once they started the project. He came out and inspected the roof after a hailstorm. He found some damage. Nathan offered to be here when the Claims adjuster came by to inspect the roof. As I am older, I don’t climb roofs anymore. So it was nice to have somebody that would be able to point out what he found and that help expedite the process. Fortunately, I have a very reputable and Honest insurance company. Hail damage is not always as obvious as you would think it would be. But as they inspected the roof, they agreed there was damage. Then it was time to put a new roof on. Mills communicated to me every step of the way gave me heads up notice. What was going to be done and when it was going to be done. They sent out a crew and worked three straight days until it was done. They did an excellent job and the cleanup matched all my expectations of what cleanup should look like. Let’s just say after they were done the only way you knew they were here is because I had a new roof and it looked great. When had storm damage in our area that we did not know about because at the time of the storm we were out of town and honestly how many people after a storm get up on their roofs to check for damage. So we were contacted that they were in our area and could do an inspection we were like yes please do as we just started noticing some problems with water spots, so mills came out checked on our roof and informed us that we had damage so we went up there and looked and couldn't believe our roof damage. So they said do not worry we will help you to file a claim and help you every step of the way in which they really do...And working with the insurance company not always easy. I called Lyn who is a mills rep and told her about alittle bit of the push back I was getting with my insurance company and she told me not to worry and don't get upset it is part of the process and that she was here to help and boy did she ever. Lyn helped me stay calm and relaxed about everything. When they came out to start our roof they were on time fast nice and friendly and was able to complete our roof in two visits. They were awesome at clean up when they were done. They spent alot of time just making sure everything was clean and perfect before they left..anyone even thinking of having a roof done should definitely give Mills a call...We had an awesome experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. And their workers work hard so I want to give a big Thank you and shout out to the whole team that worked on our roof...great job we are totally happy with it. And you guys are awesome...we LOVE our roof from MILLS.
