I needed the Backflow preventer replaced and was quoted by another company for an amount that seemed beyond expensive and unreasonable. I happened to come across Mike’s Plumbing in the approved list for Fayetteville PWC and I’m so thankful I did! Melvin and his partner (I cannot remember his name and will have to call them so I can put it in here and also give him the recognition he deserves!) came out and were the best people ever! Professional, respectful, kind, knowledgeable, personable, and just overall pleasant people. The price was so reasonable too! We had an emergency leak on the second floor after hours and Josh showed up quickly, calm and ready to work. He immediately shut the water off, diagnosed the issue, and had everything completely fixed within about 45 minutes. The professionalism, speed, and overall service were absolutely over the top. In a stressful situation, Josh made it feel controlled and handled. If you need a plumber who actually shows up and delivers, Mike’s Plumbing is the one to call. KC called said he was running a little late but still arrived by 1pm. Cleared the drain and found another problem that would have to be scheduled at another time. Great service.
