Truly, they have gone above and beyond! First, they took care of installing a mini split in our home - everything was expertly done and completed in a timely manner. But, Bryan really went above and beyond for us when our heater stopped working in the middle of a bad snowstorm. We called to schedule an appt for him to come out after the storm. He answered our call right away and instead of making an appt and coming out in a few days after the storm, he offered to problem solve with us on the phone to diagnose the minor issue. Then, he walked us through step-by-step how to resolve it. This was amazing of him to take the time and effort to go through this with us over the phone. He explained everything in great detail, was incredibly patient, and went the extra mile to help us so we were able to have heat during the storm. I was honestly so impressed with this and greatly appreciated it. Bryan was able to diagnose our issue (out of oil, first time we’ve ever had oil heat), helped us adjust our emergency back up heat to get us through the night, and put us in touch with an oil delivery company to get scheduled for a Saturday morning delivery.
