When the sump pump quit, one call and Dan was here. He talked to my brother and explained things, Then told me the same thing. Dan was easy to talk to. And the repair looks great and works perfect! We had purchased a new washing machine from RC Willey, and it was not installed correctly. When our water softerner regenerated, we had 50 gallons of water dumb into our laundrey room, into the walls, flooring, crawl space. He was able to diagnosis the problems and spent the whole afternoon replacing what was needed to properly install our washer. 5 stars !! If they gave out 6 stars, he would get 6! He called me with a courtesy call on his estimated time of arrival, was very professional and respectful with our home. We are new to water softener systems so after the install he explained the systems functions and settings making it easy to understand. Thanks Galen! (An inspection of the install followed with the City and, of course, passed!) My interactions with Meridian Plumbing starting with the scheduler for the install of the water softener, Kasia ( my apologies, not sure of spelling), Galen the installer and Chris who answered the phone for me to schedule a follow up with the Meridian Inspector. I had a pipe break near the water main which caused some flooding outside. I called several companies and a few individuals, but NONE were able to provide the quality of service at an amazing speed.
