On Sunday they provided the estimate and ordered the system. By Tuesday of the same week they had a contractor come out and install new duct work(pictured) by Thursday morning they were there to install the new unit outside and inside (pictured). The installation comes with a dependable warranty. Now I have a peace of mind for the next 15-20 years.
