He was quick with the time the electric was off. He went into the feral cats home and fixed things there. I even have functioning outlets that I didn’t know existed! Bonus!!! Such a nice man! So very pleased with his work! Thank you!!! I would highly recommend. For right now I only gave Mr McDonald 4 stars because we have yet to do the work needed. I expect it to go to 5! That said Mike is super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the work that needs to be done and why it needed done. He listened as I explained the issues I’ve had over 30+ yrs! I am on a fixed income and he is willing to work with me. While he was diagnosing the problem he actually “fixed” it. Due to a fear of fire, I will be requesting the repairs soon. It was a holiday, but Mike said he would swing by that day (!) to take a look and see what was going on. I was thinking I would need a bunch of rewiring and was thinking I would spend about $10K, but he checked out my electrical panel and saw what a mess it was. He made a few changes, but said he would be back the next day to finish the work. He quoted me a price that was a quarter of what I expected to pay, so needless to say I was relieved and happy about that! He came back the next day, finished the work he said he would do and my electrical problems have been solved! He probably could have told me I needed to do a bunch of rewiring, but he stressed he just does what needs to be done in order to get the job done, no more, no less. Mike seems like an honest, straightforward, hard working guy. I was surprised at how he came the same day I called, came the next day as he promised, and did the work to fix my problem exactly as he said he would, and didn’t do more than what was required to get the job done. You can’t ask for more than excellent service like that!.
