  Called late morning with a plumbing problem, and Jason was here same day in the afternoon. Got the issue sorted speedy quick. Love the email and text prior to house call to let me know who was coming. Great service and highly recommend, thanks!

  Jason did an excellent job fixing my garbage disposal and water heater. He is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional.   We worked with them last year for some electrical work. They fixed 5 outlets inside. Three out of five outlets trip the fuse when even the smallest electrical appliance is plugged in. I called repeatedly, asking them to come and take a look, but each time they said they would tell their manager and get back to me. They never did that.
Furthermore, regarding the operation of 3 electric wall radiators, they filled up the allotted time, took payment without completing the job,  they couldn't solve the problem They told us they will inform their managers and  we received no response.

  I recently had Jason from MB Heating and Plumbing visit to provide an estimate for installing a Moen automatic shut-off valve. During the estimate, I asked about the cost of flushing my electric water heater. Jason immediately noticed rust on the tank and advised that flushing might not be the best option due to the water heater’s age (10 years), as it could potentially leak or burst at any time.
Thanks to Jason’s careful assessment, he was able to replace the water heater the same day, ensuring my home stayed safe. He also provided valuable advice on maintaining the new tank, recommending flushing twice a year because of the very hard water in my area.
I greatly appreciate Jason’s expertise, friendly service, and patience. I’m very glad he spotted the potential issue before it became a major problem. I highly recommend his services.
