They dispatched someone that came out and fixed a real issue. We received a bit for the full repair and we scheduled them to come back to complete further repairs. They were on-time, professional, completed the work in less time that was planned and they came in way under the bid price... which never happens anymore. They installed the expansion tank so close to the door that the closet would not close, kinked the hose to the emergency relief valve that goes outside, and failed to plumb the drain pan to the line outside. They also stained the carpet removing the old water heater, though it is being replaced anyway, so I'm not really upset about that. When asked to address these issues, they asked for pictures, which I sent. They then ghosted me. I have not heard from them since and it's been months. Just got an inspection done that was unrelated, but had something checked on our water heater and found some things not to code. We then reached out This company asking them what they could do for us half expecting to get blushed off, but they were very professional and sent someone out to help us. As far as customer service goes 10 out of 10 and the gentlemen that came to update everything was very quick and had great attention to detail. We are very grateful for the respect that we were given and quickness that they addressed the problem.
