Our first impression of Junior and the knowledge and experience he explained to us about the AC system yesterday on 8/20/2025 sold us to make an appointment with the company he works for MasterTech Air. He told us what was needed to eliminate mold, bacteria and viruses that can grow on AC coils and in the air handler. I am allergic to mold and have severe allergies, so we had to make an appointment asap. We made an appointment for the next day which is today 8/21/2025 Junior and Laith came to service our air conditioner and let me tell you they both delivered top notch exceptional service!! They both were knowledgeable, kind, pleasant, and very respectful. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. They installed a UV light in my mother’s air conditioner in her home. The benefits of knowing the pros of having a UV light improves air quality in the house with someone like me with severe allergies is a must to have.
