This is a tough one because the work itself was great - executed very cleanly and looks really good! But the communication side, particularly with quoting and invoicing was dreadful. We hired Masters Electric to upgrade the circuit breaker panel in the garage, install an electric charger, add a sub-panel on the back of the house, and wire a screened room for receptacles and lights and fans. Like I said, the completed work itself was great! Everything looks really good. We're happy. I gave 3 stars because it was very hard to have clear communication. Details always seemed muddled or misunderstood. If you work with Masters Electric, my suggestion is to get the quote in writing that lists ALL the things you want, with a price, BEFORE any work starts. I would hire Masters Electric again but I would take more time with the quoting process.

I reached out to Mr. Master's on a Thursday to help with exposed wiring noted in our 4 point inspection. This was short notice and we were in a crunch at the time. Our home insurance policy was coming up for renewal.

The following Monday Mr. Masters came by the house and made all the necessary repairs. He was responsive, courteous, professional and finished the job that morning. Our first time working with Mr. Masters and his company was a pleasant experience and will be keeping his number on file should we need his assistance again in the future. Many thanks.

I don't write 5 star reviews often, as I'm more of the complainer type if I'm honest however this experience today warrants it..

It is so hard to get good service in Florida. People are late, they stand you up, request payment but don't finish the job, you name it. Masters electric put my fears to rest. They scheduled me for a quote very quickly and sent Don over. While he was here diagnosing my issues he called over a second employee to give him a hand. They worked very quickly to diagnose my problem and give me a quote. Dons lighthearted approach to the situation made me feel comfortable, and their combined efforts resulted in a cost effective approach to getting me back in business.

I got them scheduled to come take care of the work and here's where things get better. The two guys that showed up today to do the work were great. They were supposed to be here at 8am. In Florida that could mean 8:15, that could mean 9am, that could mean we call you at 11 and reschedule. These guys were knocking on my door at 7:58am. Im pretty terrible with names so I'll just say they were two younger gentlemen who got right to work. They discovered a secondary problem with my wiring in the room they began working in and realized very quickly there was a better way to fix things. They went right to it, finished in just a few hours, and saved me almost $600. I'm beyond thrilled with the work they've done. On top of it I'm back in business and my house has electricity going to all rooms again. Couldn't be happier with they work they did.

Lastly, the room they were working in is more like a shed/addition to my home. Its cramped, its unfinished, hot, and the floor is literally those puzzle piece rubber bits. Out of an appliance repair man, a handymen crew, and now the electricians - I can say that the two younger guys that worked here today are the only ones to make sure that room was put back together correctly.

Thanks guys. I'd highly recommend you to anyone in my lives.

One morning, we called Master's Electric in desperation because our office was without power. Jerry and his team came to our rescue without hesitation. The office staff is also very kind and helpful! We can rely on them to provide excellent service and be there for us when we need them!

Absolutely Amazing Team/Company. From their Staff to their Electrician.
Great timely job as promised to me. Don Fraser is real GEM in the company, very spontaneous, professional and Kind. Marcus and his field partner were great at my site doing their job carefully and correct. Their prices are very reasonable too. Thank you for great job. I will always use them in future and recommend to others.
