No one took time to show me ANYTHING! It was 'Get in, get the hell out as fast as you can'. I don't know if it's management or the employees, but I would NOT use them again. One guy peeled off a piece of plastic covering an emblem... I thought, ok, detail matters...until I found the plastic in my lawn close to the driveway. He just dropped it on my lawn. I took that as a nasty snub and it really crushed the somewhat positive opinion I had of that person. I got the well- learned opinion this company really did NOT have much experience in installing generators and that they don't give two hoots about customer satisfaction. They did respond to my inquiries but it really seems to be their philosophy to take the money and run seeking no customer loyalty.... well they don't have mine. And I'm a CAPITALIST!!! I will not call them for generator maintenence or ANY other electrical need unless it's related to issues of the operation of the generator they installed.
