We were given options and a clear explanation of what we’d be getting and then first thing Monday morning they swapped our unit out . Very friendly and professional and left zero mess . I happen to be one of those homes. Charlie and his team installed a high efficiency HVAC system in an uninsulated attic which should never have passed inspection being that those systems require double ventilation or an insulated attic. I have been unable to find a reputable company to service this unit in all those years because of parts that were used that have been recalled or the fact that the system does not meet compliance. I have called Charlie Marshall on his personal cell phone many times over the years and have not received a phone call to discuss this matter. Therefore, I find this review to be extremely appropriate to give buyers a buyer. Beware of what you are purchasing and installing in your home since this individual doesn’t seem to install things to code.
