I've been using them for a few years now. My first experience I had called the other local plumber and didn't receive a call back. Made a second call and still didn't get a call back. When I called Manley I got a call back in just a few minutes. In fact, every time I've called them I've got a call back in under 10 minutes. Once was late at night when I was having a bit of an emergency. Ward called me back and walked me through what to do to shut things down until morning. Dana showed up first thing and fixed the problem. I asked for a copy of the estimate I never received it. We ended up doing the work ourselves, and it only took an hour and a half and that was going out for parts.
