They immediately answered the phone and addressed all of our questions about the replacement. Rob promptly came to our home, treated our space with respect, and thoroughly discussed the options for our unit replacement. When Rob and his assistant arrived with the new equipment, they were extremely careful with our surroundings during both removal and installation. They used new white floor tarps to protect our home and performed an exceptionally precise and neat installation. Rob even added a drip pan and plumbed everything flawlessly.
