He is extremely experienced: he knew what was needed and how to accurately describe it in a bid that was understood - and accepted - by my insurance. I needed an entirely new system: a pole installed from the roof, a ground for the power, new electrical boxes outside and inside the house, plus a heavier drop line from the City. Randy knows City of Austin requirements: there were no surprises during install or for the inspection. In addition to the repair, I asked to add a 4-prong, 30-amp line for a new electric dryer. The system that Randy created is expandable for future upgrades, such as a plug for an electric vehicle. The Malco crew did a fantastic job with the entire install -- they excel as a professional team. Malco Electric has made my home safer and added to its value.
