  I had a fantastic experience with RIVO heating, Cooling & Electrical.

They sent out a technician, Ruslan to inspect my unit at home, and I couldn't be more impressed, Ruslan was on time, which is always a big plus, and he was incredibly friendly throughout the visit. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the issues with my unit.

What stood out the most was his professionalism—he provided me with two different quotes so I could decide what worked best for my budget. It was great to have clear options and not feel pressured into a decision.

I appreciate the thoroughness and transparency of the service, and I’ll definitely consider them again for any future AC needs. Highly recommend Ruslan and this company!
