Mr. Q came to our house and we discussed a possible ADU addition. Mr. Q suggested that maybe and ADU was not the way to go and suggested adding to our existing home. He said that the price would be very affordable and we discussed the estimate. Mr. Q took care of the plans and permits, demolition, framing, dry wall, electrical, plumbing, painting, roofing, gutters, AC split units, cement, solar, and even welded an awesome metal gate. We were living in the existing home while construction was going on. We got to know all his workers, and they became like our family.
