I also appreciated all of the communications I received from the company prior to the appointment: e-mail/text confirming the appointment, a picture and bio of the technician sent on the day of the appointment, and a phone call from the technician when he was on his way. He did an excellent job of installing a new dimmer switch for my dining room light fixture to replace the old one that had stopped working.
