For almost 10 days I heard remedies that were unacceptable. Ernest opened the ceiling, removed compromised drain and pipes and installed needed plumbing fixtures, tested installation, cleaned up and completed the work. I have NEVER paid that much money for a disposal and I am awaiting a return call from Joe in the accounts department to explain that price. That’s ridiculous! Thorough completed the repair of the clogged toilet. There were two concerns 1) company policy is that prior to confirming appointment it is a requirement to collect credit card information including CVC numbers, account number, and expiration date which was a bit alarming! 2) There was an issue with the $75 waiver of the service charge fee. It is still pending but I have been assured by the company.
