Christina got the appt set up quickly. Wish there was more info about the benefit of higher toilet price at the front end but it worked out ok. Christina was then able to promptly schedule my service that same week and her manner was so very nice. The day of the service I received a call from Daniel letting me know his estimated time of arrival with an accompanying text to let me know he was in route to my home. When he arrived Daniel couldn't have been nicer in explaining how he was going to see if he could use cable to pull the replacement line through under the driveway without cutting the concrete as this would be a cost savings measure. Although it took a bit longer than they anticipated due to it's depth, nevertheless they located the old water line and were able to use the cable & pull the new line through without cutting into the driveway. This allowed the final invoice to be lower than the original estimate.
