Part of the service required breaking open the floor to install a new drain. While the new drain was installed fine and the shower works well, the guy on the job didn't measure how far the tiles should be removed - instead broke more tiles than necessary. This resulted in a lot more work for me and extra expenses, which only after writing a bad review I was reimbursed for - nevertheless appreciate. Update 4 Aug 2020: Zach and Lane came back out to install a single basin sink for us and did such a nice job that I felt I should show the work here. Ignore the old sealant (I asked them to leave it so I could do a little cleanup of our counters as a whole).
