  Very impressed with Corey and the two other men who did our heat and air install today. They were respectful, cleaned up after the install and finished so much quicker than we thought they would. I would not hesitate to recommend MAC CO to everyone.

  Trevor helped us choose the best and most efficient choice for our home. We were previously on propane for heat and an old A/C unit.

Corey & Ben helped do the install & removal of our indoor old blower & outdoor unit. They were both very friendly and great to work with. They installed a new heat pump (no more gas!) and gave us thorough explanations on how everything works. Also updating our thermostat with a new digital look to top it all off.

Overall, we are very pleased with the cost of the services done, the professionalism throughout all stages of the process and the end result! I would definitely recommend MAC-CO to friends & neighbors.

  One of the best experiences we have ever had with a Heating And Air crew Dustin and Trevor put 100% into our change out. They did the job very reasonable and made sure to be very clean with the install. If we ever have any problem again I can guarantee this will be the guys we call. Thanks Mac Co.

  Jeffrey came out and was very polite. Explained the situation and he got straight to work. He stopped to explain what was good with the hvac system and any findings worth mentioning. Appreciate this company coming out to help. Will use them again!

  We moved into a new house on Friday, hoping to beat the winter storm that was forecast over the weekend. Spent the whole day moving in just to realize around 9pm that the heat was not working at all. Called Mac-Co Heating and Cooling and was given the next available appointment on Saturday at 8am. This was very unfortunate for us, but we understood why due to the situation/timing.

To our absolute delight, Jeffrey Colbert called us and told us he could come by the same night. He arrived around 11pm Friday night and helped us get our heat running again, warning us that the mother board may need to be replaced soon.

Of course the next morning the heat was out again but when we called to ask for them to come back out, Jeffrey called us personally and walked my husband through getting the heat going again on a temporary basis. He also put in an order for the mother board we need to fix the problem permanently. We will definitely be calling Mac-Co Heating and Cooling for any issues with our systems in the future.
