Kim answered our initial inquiry after our furnace died. she gave no pressure but explained heat pumps may be a good alternative. She had Sam, the sales rep, at our door the next morning explaining how the whole system worked and the rebates available that would help out. it was an easy choice compared to the propane and oil quotes. the installation crew were also very professional. Fast efficient and impeccable cleanup. - 5/5 — Anonymous It was a cold and windy day but Andrew and Anthony (I believe those were their names) did a great job! They installed a Fujitsu HP in the place of an older Daikin HP so more efficient in Maine's cold weather. They relocated the Daikin to the basement. The electrician Bill came early so everything ready for the installers. They also did a great job cleaning up! Office personnel also great to work with...Kim and Joelle (sp?). We also use MAC HP for our annual HP cleanings. Also thanks to Sam (sales) who helped us choose the best unit for our needs.
