Had a heat emergency in the cold and was told someone was coming within 20 min. Waited over an hour , no one showed up or called . Kept calling the number with no answer only to be texted the next day stating my “homeowner “ would resolve the issue. Poor communication and not nice . I originally called for a diagnostic, but they went ahead and did additional work without my permission or even informing me — and now I’m stuck with an expensive bill I never agreed to. When I asked questions to understand what was happening, the technician kept brushing me off, saying “we have to go,” and wouldn’t explain anything until I insisted, as a paying customer, that I deserve to know what’s wrong with my unit before they leave. Even then, the explanation was vague and the attitude remained rude. When I brought up my concerns to the owner of the company, he was also very dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of listening, he threatened to take us to court if we didn’t pay the bill. And now, simply for asking questions and advocating for myself, I’ve been placed on a “do not service” list.
